Default my tasty new discovery..

I was at Costco yesterday and saw some marinated artichoke hearts and
started drooling. I had a look at the nutritional information and what
do you know....only 1 point for 2 artichoke hearts! I was surprised as
there is oil in the marinade. I cooked 2 up this morning with zucchini,
tomatoes and garlic and ate on a couple slices of WW bread...only 3
points! It was delicious. Great to put on a small pizza as well!

Yeah, those are great. I've been using them in salads for some time
now. Yummy!

I saw them also, but they're not worth 2 points to me..........Plus, I'd
never that many!!!
