Default Food & Exercise -- 7/23/2006

We spent the morning in PA with my MIL, then drove home. In the
morning we went out to breakfast with her, ran a few errands, then did
a few chores around her townhouse. (We're actually the owners of the
house, so we are responsible for repairs and such.) Stopped for lunch
on the way home. Didn't eat too many calories, but ate some
not-very-healthy stuff.

Food:

* 8:30 (MIL's house): 6 oz. orange juice
* 9:45 (diner): 2 fried eggs; 2 pancakes w/ 1 pat butter & 2 tbsp
maple syrup
* 2:00 (country ice-cream stand): small cheeseburger (bun, 3 oz.
ground beef, 1/2 oz. cheese); small caramel sundae (1/2 cup vanilla
soft-serve ice cream, 1 tbsp caramel topping, 1/4 oz. crushed peanuts)
-- there was more ice cream but I didn't finish it -- just used up the
topping and then stopped eating (Unlike Dally, and no doubt many
others, I am not a huge ice cream fan. But I love caramel ;-).)
* 7:45 (home): 3 ears corn on the cob (from farm stand we stopped at
on the way home) (BTW, we eat this with a fat-free liquid margarine
called Smart Squeeze -- 5 cals/tablespoon)
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 2 small "donut" peaches (also from the farm
stand) w/ 250g f/f Greek yogurt

Totals: 1661 calories, 62g fat (34%), 197g carbs (47%), 85g protein
(20%)

Exercise: None of significance -- a few tasks around the townhouse.
