8:15 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese 10:30 (home): 1 oz. peanuts 12:30 (home): 30g More & Less cereal, 30g All Bran, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk 2:30 (during and after workout): 8 oz. orange juice (mixed with equal parts water) 4:30 (Vietnamese restaurant w/ DH): 2 summer rolls; 1 spring roll (a sort of post-workout snack/ light dinner) 7:00 (wine tasting -- Spanish wines tonight): 10 oz. wine; 4 oz. various cheeses; 3 small pieces of various breads -- a planned splurge Totals 1992 calories (214 from wine), 72g fat (33%), 165g carbs (33%), 140g protein (28%) Exercise: Cardio program week 9, long day -- 50 minutes treadmill run, in repeated pattern (2.5 minutes at 4.8 mph, 2.5 minutes at 4.7 mph) Chris 262/144/ (145-150) |
