"Ice Cream" My Style
Bless the day I bought an Omega 8002 juicer. "Ice cream" every day
using the blank cone for making pureed food and nut butter. Cut peeled fruit in small pieces and freeze on a cookie sheet feed into juicer. I add a few drops of honey. You can use the articiial stuff. Calories; Large scoop real ice cream: 179 cal. 10 gr. fat, 22 carbs Medium pear Cal. 97, carbs 47 gr, fat 1gr 1/2 cup strawberries; 23 cal, o fat, 5 gra fat, 4 protein (source Fitday) -- Diva ****** There is no substitute for the right food |
