best diet??

I'm trying a low calorie diet. I'm eating less than 600 cals a day, usually lower than 400. I haven't seen any changes in my weight at all, I actually gained a pound! Does anyone know any really good diets that work?? I lost about 13lbs, but I wanna lose at least 11lbs more. Thanks for any advice! I've got a diet for you. It's called Synthroid. Seriously, though, if you can't lose weight only eat 400-600 calories per day, it's for one of two reasons. Either you are already too thin or you have a metabolic problem like hypothyroidism. Dieting is not going to work for you without additional help. Please see a doctor. |

Hi all,
I've been on Isagenix. I lost about 10lbs in 6 days, but I don't know if I can keep up for another 3 days (it's a 9 day program every month). It's one of those "cleansing" things. I don't think they refer to it as an actual diet, but more of a healthy program that just so happens to burn fat. I tried Weight Watchers before, but never again. I made it through about 3 weeks, but I can't go for that long. At least with this one it's just 9 days every month. THAT I can handle. Anyone have experience with LA Weightloss?
