Default 30 Week Report - lost a bit more this week than I gained last week

I had that inexplicable 1.8 lb weight gain last week. This week I lost 2.2
lb to cover that and lose a bit more. I still feel like my weight has been
sort of "static" though lately. I can't seem to break the 101 kg barrier
(and move on to breaking the big 100 kg barrier!).

To track my "weight loss trends" better I added a column to my data - a
"three week rolling average loss" (the average weekly loss over the past
three weeks).

Looking at this I can see the following, since starting my diet on June 3:

* Out of 30 weeks, I've only had 2 three week periods with an average weekly
gain. One was at the end of September and the other was last week.

* My worst average weekly gain over any three week period was 0.1 lb/week.

* My best average weekly loss over any three week period was 3.7 lb/week -
when I first started my diet.

* I've had 9 three-week periods with average weekly losses of 2 lb or
better.

* 23 out of 30 three-week periods had average weekly loses of 1 lb or
better.

* My average loss/week over these last three weeks was 0.9 lb/week, even
with that big gain last week.

Anyway, the total numbers a

* Week 30 / Day 210
* Weight (kg): 125.0 - 101.2 (minus 23.8 kg)
* Weight (lb): 275.0 - 222.6 (minus 52.4 lb)
* BMI: 41.3 - 33.4
* Percent body mass lost: 19.0%
* Percent complete to goal: 52%

My latest weight-loss graph is at:

Weight gains and losses can be inexplicable. At meeting today our
leader said one of her members had a two week loss, one week gain,
consistent pattern over the course of a year. Everyone's metabolism is
so different. I had four months of static weight until I finally broke
through it. There is no explanation.

Don't worry about gaining one week & then losing the next! As long as
you know that you have been OP, then you know it is just your body
fluctuating & you will lose it the next week. You have done wonderful,
Doug, Keep up the great work.

You'll get there, Doug. I know it has to be frustrating to keep bouncing up
and down when you're so close to the 100 kg goal. Just keep at it.
