Default My aunt Joanne's awesome ~basil~ wraps

- Large leaf basil in the little tub from Trader Joes*
- Peanuts
- Limes, skin left on, cut into tiny dice
- Fresh ginger, peeled, diced very small
- Toasted coconut. Avaialbe at TJs untoasted, toasts in your over in 2
minutes.
- Honey and water 1:1 ratio to form a drizzlable dressing that's not
too sticky sweet

It's a lot of work cutting everthing up, and the limes are kind of
tricky, but when you wrap it all up in a big basil leaf and drizzle
the honey dressing on it, it's just so worth it. This is an amazing
appetizer and an interesting conversation piece. It activates a bunch
of different taste sensations: bitter, sweet, salty, yummy.

*crucial ingredient for 2 reasons: it's washed and the bigger leaves
are perfect for wraps.
