Default Losing Weight and Getting Thin!

Step #1- Don't drive to places you can walk to. Walk to work, that way
you'll have to walk home and burn more calories that way.

Step #2- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Step #3- Cross-country skiing is the best form of aerobic exercise.
Buy a pair of ski's. Or if you don't live in the city, get a Nordic
Track.

Step #4- Make changes in your diet. Some suggestions:
*1. Spice up boneless skinless chicken in place of fried chicken.
*2. Hey you don't need coleslaw. Mix a a couple of TBL. of your
favorite fat-free dresssing with shrdeded lettuce, and carrots.
*3. If you want a desert push asside that tempting slice of apple
pie and just have an apple instead.

And you know that trick of brushing your teeth after each meal because
of the taste that's left in your mouth isn't going to mix with food.
That should work unless your a food addict and can become used to to
the taste of toothpaste and just about any food. And for thouse food
addicts out there, I would say seek professional help.
Unfortuntunatly, this is a problem you need to fix yourself. Food
Addictiction and being overweight isn't something professsionals
prioritize with. So being overweight due to food addictiction is
something you have to find a way to fix yourself. Or just continue to
shop in Plus Size stores and have to listen to everyone calling you
fat and thouse wonderful fat jokes.
