No more lurking
Well I am officially back after lurking for the last month or so. I am
still having major health issues but need this group to stay on track. I am not sure what I weigh at the moment officially but my morning weight seems to be about up 3 kg. I have gotten slack with my habits and am still not exercising regularly but no excuse. As of today I am back on track. I will be going in for an official weigh in on Wednesday. Thanks for always being there you have stopped me getting too far off track. Thanks also to those who posted missing me. Nice to know I was missed. Michelle : Ozzie in Switzerland 69.8/???/61kg |

If you can get into regular exercising it should really help. It's not just for the calorie-burning and metabolism-boosting, but because it can get you more into a healthy-eating mindset and help motivate you to watch your diet as well. Keep posting :-).
