how many water are u drinking???
how many vegetable & fruit ..... how exercising ..... second are u able to cut calories without cutting nutrients ??? third .... how ur skin is getting during ur dieting ??? apologize my bad english language plz I'm italian .... I found the way to pay into the cheapest way supplements & protein snacks & drinks ..... & i was followed up till my success lose weight !!! |

u are on the right way ....
i'm using 2 shake a day per 600 Kcal that equals 1800 Kcal of nutrient remenber ....never let ur methabolism breaks ..... & then gooooooo ahead !!! :-))) "Heywood Mogroot" ha scritto nel messaggio om...
