Week 2 - Weigh in!
OK, WW Online won't let me enter my weight in the weight tracker for
some reason even though today is my WI day. So I thought I'd come here and celebrate. I'm down another 2 pounds! Not as much as the loss last week but its TOTM. I did go crazy one day this week and use up about 10 flex points. I just can't stop eating rice krispies once I start to eat them! Its some kind of weird addiction. Maybe it has to do with the high glycemic index. I think I should just chuck the box before I do it again! Annie 188/182.5/130 |

Yeah for you, Annie.
Chucking the boxo of goodies may just be what you need to do. For me, I don't keep any high sugar treats in the house because I can't eat just one. When I want a treat, I buy one treat as a self-limiting way to control my eating. For me, it's not about beating myself up that I will power doesn't work.
