Well it's been a year since I started my diet & exercise routine, here
are my before and after pics, I hope I uploaded them correctly.

http://community.webshots.com/user/hamburger136

There's not a whole lot of variety in my diet and I tend to eat the
same things every day. My most typical foods a

Quaker instant oatmeal and honey
Arnold Healthy Multi-grain bread
Perdue low-fat breaded chicken breast tenderloins
Natural Peanut Butter
Grape Jelly
Bumblebee low-sodium canned tuna
+90% lean ground beef for burger patties
Ginger Ale
Seltzer
Planter's sweet n' crunchy peanuts
Nature Valley 100% natural granola bars
Low-fat variety graham crackers
Bananas
Salmon
brocolli, califlower, lettuce
various tapioca/rice puddings

I also take 1 multi-vitamin a day.

As far as exercise goes, I do 1-1.5hr elliptical + some pushups and
incline situps every day. And every other day I add to that some
weight training which consists of deadlifts, bench presses and various
dumbell work.

I guess I should go get a checkup and see what my cholestrol and blood
pressure readings are, the last time I saw the doctor was maybe 4-5
years ago, and honestly speaking, doctors scare me, heh. But overall
I do feel a lot more healthy and energetic.

You are lookin' lean and mean

That's supposed to be a good way to lose weight and maintain loss by not
having much variety. It works for me too.
Congrats on the major loss!

Woah. Way to go! You are a great success and look great! You dropped the
pounds fast. You will be my motivation and inspiration for this week! In
the beginning I too lived on the same foods. As I get closer to goal I
have been adding different foods slowly into my diet. This helps me
tremendously. When I add a food.If I find that it doesnt agree with me or
sets heavily on my. I drop it never to look back upon it.

Great success! You have shown that it can be done. And I am soooo happy
for you. And proud! Have fun living in your new body!!

Wow, you look amazing! Do you find it difficult to fit in so much exercise
every day?? At best, I try to make it 4-5x a week and that can be a
struggle at times! Do you do interval on the elliptical?

I was going to blow off exercise today in light of a hectic schedule. You
changed my mind! You are incredible. And you look good, too.

I have to say it, you look maaaavelous! Just curious, do you have an
elliptical at home, or do you go to the gym every day? I'm seriously
considering an elliptical for my home, as soon as I go back to work. I
seriously think even 20 minutes first thing in the morning would do me
wonders.
