Default 7 Pound loss in 2 days?

I got on the scale Tuesday morning and I weighed 235. Today (Thursday) I
got on the scale and it said 228. My scale is correct. I certainly did a
double take. I thought is said 238 for a second, not 228.
I'm on the Dr. Phil UWLC 14-Rapid start plan. Did other people using Dr.
Phil lose a lot right off the bat? I'm not complaining but I'm curious to
hear what other people experienced. I feel good, I'm not hungry and I don't
mind the food. I just didn't expect to lose so much so fast.
BTW, I've eaten right around 900 calories the last two days according to
fitday.com and I'm eating exactly what the book says to eat.

I didn't have such a drastic reduction when I followed the plan for a week
or two. I'm not too much above my goal weight but have struggled to lose
the last few pounds. I decided to try the plan for a couple of weeks and
lost 2 pounds. Since that time I've gone back to my regular eating mode
but have maintained this loss.

Many people lose quite a bit in the first few weeks and then taper off to a
slower weight loss mode.

Maybe it's time for me to give it another two weeks and lose these last few
poundsG

Beverly
