Thanks Sure, as long as you don't use any high carb coating for the chicken, although LC bread crumbs or some type of LC flour mixture is OK. ok? Thanks Depends on what you want to achieve. If you just want to stay LC and loose weitght, it will not corrupt your plan. OTOH, deep frying will likely introduce a good amount of transfats to your food and that is not the best thing to happen. Mirek |
