Looking for new recipes and wondering if deep frying food (chicken) is ok?

Sure, as long as you don't use any high carb coating for the chicken,
although LC bread crumbs or some type of LC flour mixture is OK. I've deep
fried LC vegetables like broccoli, green/red peppers, cauliflower etc.
Some turn out better (crispier) than others, but they're all delicious.

Absolutely. Buffalo wings are a staple of mine...just watch the carbs in
your buffalo sauce.

Depends on what you want to achieve. If you just want to stay LC and
loose weitght, it will not corrupt your plan. OTOH, deep frying will
likely introduce a good amount of transfats to your food and that is not
the best thing to happen.
