Default Any on ehave "30 Minute Meals" by Rachel Ray?

I've been watching the Food Channels "30 Minute Meals" by Rachel Ray
and often parts of the meals she makes seem to be low carb or easily
converted to low carb. Tonight she was cooking shrimp and serving it in
lettuce wraps. I was wondering if anyone has one of her books and if it
is easy to convert the receipes in her book to low carb?

Naturally the 'at' should be changed! The number also needs to be spelled
out.

I don't have her book, but a couple of the shows in the series are
specifically LC oriented, at least by her measure. :-)

You might check the episode and recipe guide he

Also looks like there is a NEW book: "30 minute meals VOL 2.", but not much
info.

HTH,

Steve

I have her book, there are a lot of pasta dishes, but there seems to be
about half of them that you could change to low carb by using the low carb
pasta, or there are several in there that are wraps, like the one that she
showed the other night. BTW, that made me hungry too. My husband
bought me her book the other year for Christmas before I began low carb.
But we still use some of her recipies.

Hugs

Jen
