Help identify 'points' book.
Five years ago I lost 30 pounds (with no program) in 5 weeks, just by
reducing portions. Of course I then quit and put the weight back on. A relative has been successful with WW for years and now I'm interested. I hate to commit to it completely right now, but I am interested in getting a book on eBay that lists the foods and their 'points' per serving, ounce, ect. Then I can give WW a try. There are so many publications for sale on Ebay that I don't know what I am looking for. I see they even list pocket calculators. Would these be a good investment? Sure would appreciate some guidance in this matter and identifying the 'points' book. .. . .in advance, . . . .thanks. |

That way you get all the info you need, not just the points book, and the latest up to date stuff rather than cast-offs from previous versions. -- Kate XXXXXX R.C.T.Q Madame Chef des Trolls Lady Catherine, Wardrobe Mistress of the Chocolate Buttons http://www.katedicey.co.uk Click on Kate's Pages and explore! |

The points books won't be much help unless you know how many points YOU are supposed to eat. It is different for everyone. To get that information (your personalized points target), you will need to join WW. It's not a lifelong commitment. You can always quit if you don't like it. |
