Default Comfortable size 32" pants here I come

Hi Folks,

Thanks to the LC system and the help of many here, I managed
to go to work very comfortably with size 32 jeans pants. Felt and
looked great all day.

I've made a few attempts at wearing this new 32" pants, but had
tough times in comfort zones. In the 2 past weeks , I made an 8 Lbs.
advance against a stalled weight level.

I went through these pants sizes in less than 1 year:

40 , 38, 36, 34, and 32.

I am 12 LB away from target (per age adjusted BMI). Never felt
better and healthier for the past 14 years.

Will I go to size 30 pants if I lose the extra 12 LB? Any thoughts?
Consider that I am about 40 years old and I do lift weights. Bone width
counts.

Will share pictures when I reach target. That's a promise.

Confession: I broke away from LC several times due to my
love for my yard fruits. However, when I did break it, I only gained
the expected water regain because I kept the workout routine.

John
