Congratulations on both.

And you won't be bad at all: very sensibly you are having a night off,
and will get back to the sensible-for-every-day eating tomorrow.

I'm planning my 50th birthday celebrations: I'm going on holiday to
Devon for a week in October! I'd like to be at goal by then, but I
shan't sweat if I'm not. Got about 8-9 lbs to go...

Hapy Birthday Shirley! I am going out for my birthday lunch as well and then to dinner tonight. Today is my 60th. On Monday we saw Madonna and there was a pre-party. Yesterday I was careful but today I will enjoy the day. I WI on Thursday but I may just go and visit with my friends. I will have more meals out and celebrations in the next two weeks, including the youngest child's graduation, than I usually have but it doesn't matter because I know I have a program that works for me to take any added weight off.

as long as YOU are making a decision in advance and getting right back on there is no problem, and if you are making the decision and doing it then you aren't being bad are you? Lee, hoping your day went well
