Default Can we talk yogurt?

I am trying to eat a yogurt a day in order to make sure I get at least
one of 3 calcium (+50) in. I usually buy whatever is on sale and
whatever flavors I like. But the range on the points is from 1 to 3.
Now that I have been doing WW for 4 weeks I am being more picky and
want to make sure what I buy/eat is "point worthy". It seems like
the only difference on the 3 point yogurts are a minute amount of
fruit plus corn syrup. Does anyone make their own fruited yogurt by
adding fruit and sweetener to fat free plain yogurt? Does anyone
make their own yogurt? Any advice/tips?

Thanks
Mary Ellen

I don't make my own but like the Dannon lite and fit in vanilla for one
point for six ounces or Trader Joe's organic plain yogurt, which is one
point for four ounces. Since fresh strawberries and other berries are
now in season, it's more point worthy for me to add them to the yogurt.

Mary Ellen....
I'm on the COre plan...but still like my yogurt!
I love making my own by adding my own fruit....and if you add a little
fiber to it, it will bring the points down even more. Try that...
I also love getting the yogurt in by making a smoothie! About a 1/2
cup yogurt, some frozen blueberries, and a banana....YUMMY!!!

Hope this helps!

I use the Dannon light and fit (1 pt) and mix in my own berries.

I almost always buy plain and add things, sometimes fruit and splenda,
sometimes I make dip or ice-cream out of it, never made it myself, Lee
