Default 8 wk WI

well, I'm starting my 8th week, as of yesterday, Wednesday was my WI
day....

I've lost 13#'s total...and I'm hoping to reach my 10% goal weight by
the end of June...only seven more pounds to go....

any pointers...?

I've been doing okay...but not staying on my Core plan totally....so, I
think if I really buckle down and stay on track for the next couple of
weeks, I should be able to do it!

Watch your portion sizes! And do a diary/tracker... Most people who
stop losing, or who slow down too much, are either eating too big a
portions size, or suffering from Slimmer's Amnesia - forgetting to write
down and point a couple of things a day.

I've been doing okay...but not staying on my Core plan totally....so, I
think if I really buckle down and stay on track for the next couple of
weeks, I should be able to do it!

Doing core, you don't have the tracking to keep you honest... so if you're
struggeling I'd say clean out the fridge, the cabinets, load up on the core
foods and keep you comfort zone chart at hand.

One of my member made a 0 to 5 band and put it in his tri-fold wallet ! I
thought that was clever!

You can do this, but you have to find ways to anchor yourself to your
program which can be challenging on core!!
