Unhappy Need of support

I really need to lose some weight but I am struggling so bad with it right now. I just can't seem to get motivatied and I need some help. I have lost 80 pounds in the past but have gained alot of it back which makes me very discouraged. I feel just very tired, mad and gross and I know thats what is holding me back, I just need some encourging words to get up off the couch and get moving. Someone Help me Please.

Hi conne

I've just started on my weight loss journey for the 20th time or
something. It's difficult to stay motivated. You were successful in the
past, so you can be successful again. Maybe start with one change at a
time. Right now I'm just writing down what I eat and recording
calories. So far I haven't really made any drastic changes.

You can do it again conne.

Hi Conne,

You have the power within you to change your life. You may want to add
up the plusses associated with being 80 pounds overweight, and compare
them to the plusses for being fit. If that doesn't motivate you,
nothing will. Feeling very tired, mad, and gross should motivate you to
change yourself. If it doesn't, it's not what's holding you back.

Best wishes,
Neil

Dear connie,
Dear do you want to lose weight or do you just want to whine? If you really
want to look and feel better that is justification enough. If you want
someone else to push and encourage you, then maybe you don't really want it
that bad. No one said it was easy. Keep looking in the full length mirror
everytime you get ready to put a twinkie in your mouth. Thats encouragement.

We can only provide support and not motivationg

What type of diet did you use to lose the 80lbs? What happened that caused
the regain? If you read the posts here you'll probably realize we've all
adopted a sensible eating and exercise program to attain our weight loss.
We all had different reasons that provided the motivation to continue with
these programs until we reached our goal weight. Personally I lost my
weight several years ago on the Weight Watcher program and have maintained
the loss through sensible eating and exercise. For me the exercise is a
very important aspect of being able to maintain the weight loss.

Hopefully you'll find the reason you want to lose weight and follow through
with it. It has to come from you and not other people.

Especially if they do it naked as a jaybird. The Twinkie will be tossed
into the trash like the trash it is.

The Perfect Pill - Formulated to Nutritionally Support Healthy Weight
Loss. This formula utilizes nutrients in the most absorbable and potent
form available. Most companies compromise the nutrients by utilizing
poorly absorbed forms or synthetically derived fractions of the
specific nutrients research has shown to be effective.
For accelerated fat-loss support and increased performance, you need
help with reducing hunger, utilizing fat, enhancing metabolism, and
increasing true energy levels. The Perfect Pill is powered by a
revolutionary blend delivering all natural support for healthy weight
loss, without using ephedra stimulants. Unlike dangerous fat blockers,
The Perfect Pill works by helping support healthy digestion of stored
fat and a healthy metabolism. Lipase is the enzyme responsible for
breaking down fat, making it available for utilization as energy.
Without lipase, fat is stored as excess body fat.
