I bring you Lady Vet and a frothing kook rant. Can anyone help decipher? To understand her/his/its frustration you need only insert a 18" dildo in your rear end, then eat 12 big macs, 6 large fries, and be sure not to forget the 23 large DIET cokes, and in 4 or 5 days you'll get a better understanding of an average day in the life of "LV", and in the words of the greatest president to walk the earth since JFK,you'll "feel her pain". Obese posts a problem for misc.consumers
"Lenny" writes: "Jean C" wrote in message ... blah, blah, blah blah could someone with more historical perspective than me provide some info as to how the NG misc. consumers is constantly hit with contentious cross-posts about obesity. It's been going on for what seems like forever. Every time I filter out the usual suspects somebody "new" lie Jean C appears on the scene. We (MFW) have been getting them for quite a while. My pet theory is that the trolls are hoping we'll join them in abusing the SSFAers. Do what I do and filter out as much of it as possible, 'cause I don't see any end to it. Why misc.consumers? I haven't a clue. D. |

If more people would do that, fat people could go on about their business and stop wasting defending themselves. Obese corpse a problem for coroner's office
(Jean=A0C)WROTE:
Obese corpse a problem for coroner's office By Kristin Bender, STAFF WRITER OAKLAND -- A day after summoning a crane to remove the body of a 700-pound West Oakland man, Alameda County coroner's officials Thursday were trying to figure out what to do with the corpse. Supervising Coroner Frank Gentle said authorities have not been able to find any family of William Lindelof, who died at a care home on West Street about 11 p.m. Tuesday. He was 49. Gentle said the man's parents, believed to be from Alameda, are dead, and no relatives have been located. Because of his size, Lindelof does not fit in a standard incinerator used for cremation or a standard casket, Gentle said. The body remains at the coroner's office in downtown Oakland. "We are having trouble figuring out what to do," Gentle said. A spokesman from the Casket Showroom in Fremont said he had never heard of a casket that could accommodate a man that size. The company's standard caskets are about 3 feet wide, and Lindelof was much wider. Officials said Lindelof had been complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath before he died Tuesday. The cause of death has been determined to be acute and chronic congestive heart failure due to massive obesity, Gentle said. On Wednesday, coroner's officials used a crane to remove the man's body from the care home. Once in the coroner's van, officials called on the Oakland Fire Department, which brought in a cargo net and helped transport the man into the morgue. --------------------------------------------------------------RESPONE: When I manage an apartment complex in the 80's one of the tenants died inside his apartment AFTER the local hospital refused to admit him based on his weight. Police ended up taken off the wooden sides of his front door to drag the body to the waiting ambulance. Because of his weight they had to use garbage bags to cover him as he wouldn't fit in the body bag. I remember this whole ordeal took over 4 hours to complete. Between the police taking pictures of body and other tenants hawking right outside his apartment the whole thing reminded me of a circus show while this man's younger brother -only few pounds overweight- stood by. The deceased was only 27 years old. After the funeral the brother came by the apartment to clear out his deceased brothers property and told me the family had wanted a public viewing of body and had too pay $1,000 extra for procedure to be able to fit him in a normal size casket. I still remember this whole thing being so sad for a 27 year old to end up like this and people treated it like it was a private side show. |

This is a troll... Unless he already arranged for a burial plot, or he's
willed funds to himself for one, then he'd be cremated, no if's and's or but's. Casket size is a moot point. Also, it fails to mention where they're keeping his body. I doubt it fits in the morgue's cooler. I wonder if it's illegal to bury someone without a casket. I can't imagine why? |
