I Am Fed Up!
I am an active track athlete in college, but just can't seem to lose
the weight I have put on. In High School, I played 3 sports and now in college I am only in one. I am worried about this weight gain of about 15 lbs. I am not wanting to do any extreme dieting, just a change in my eating. At the time, I have stopped eating fries and most fried foods, but I am afraid that too much of a change will be hard to keep up. Please help. STATS: 5'9" 200 lbs, size 14/16 |
