Wow Connie, that's great that you made it thru fast track with flying
colors... 4 pounds, awesome! I want to try it too but I'm not sure if I can
do it and not be hungry!

the WW menus, and there is always 0 point soup.

you won't know without trying will you, just make some or maybe a lot of
zero point soup and then give it a try, if it doesn't work for you it
doesn't work, you will NOT be a failure, LEE, thinking her rambling should
