I have just gone through a very stressful time & have gained about 20
pounds. My husband had a small stroke but has now almost fully recovered
& is at home. This is day 1 of my fresh start, so wish me luck in
staying OP.

Don't get discouraged Elaine. I hope your DH is recovering OK. Good
luck with the new start.

Good luck to you Elaine. I hope you're able to find another outlet for

I'm glad your husband is recovering well. That must be a huge relief
to both of you.

I'm sending lots of good karma your way.

Sorry about your husband's stroke. All the best to both of you.

You know the program and will find it easy to get back to.

I'm sorry to hear about the news - I wish you and your husband all the best

you will and good luck to you ;o)
