Sheesh, poetry in one thread and court puns in another. I may have to
"bail if" I can't respond accordingly.

You are right but I still should know better and eat less. At

I think that I should. Again, I know I did not eat to that awful

leaving to go home.

Now THAT is a sin!!! It just isn't a holiday without chocolate. G

I've been treading, still am eagerly awaiting the installation of my shiny new
fancy pants treadmill. Sonny boy has a way of talking hub into things that I am
unable to, dad always has been a pushover with his kids. So the new one has
wonderful springs on it, should be much easier on my knees ... as well as a motor
that hopefully will keep it running at a constant speed. g It has made it's way
to the basement at least, and boy was that a chore. But the boys had to run to
get to the pitching lesson, so hopefully this afternoon or tomorrow it will find
its designated spot and get plugged in.

Good luck getting the new one going. Sounds as if the kids should ask
for some new kitchen appliances (G)

New treadmill is up and running, and it is heaven! My old one must have been
worse off than I thought ... or this new one is just making me work harder. The
first few times I was on, I set it at the same settings as the old one (speed and
incline) and found I could only make it 20 minutes before becoming totally
exhausted. On the old one I was going for over 45 minutes. I've worked my way
back to 35 minutes ... but have had no time this week so will probably drop back
down again when I am finally able to resume (hopefully saturday morning). But it
is so much quieter and runs so much smoother. My knees do not ache (has wonderful
springs) after being on it. Those kitchen appliances will have to wait. Pretty
hard to beg for those after going for a week of no cooking. G

You definitely are doing a lot more strenuous exercise than I am. I hate the
thought of the cold, just can't get myself to do the outdoor thing in the winter.

Mid-40's today and gray but I finally talked myself into a bike ride
after struggling with creating slide shows today. Got out around 3pm
and made it home just as it was getting pretty dark - damn short days
(G)

UGH! I hate the shorter days ... especially when they are filled with rain.
Earlier this week I had a day from he** .. hit the dentist bright and early, was
gray out but at least it was somewhat light. Ran from there straight to the
hospital to wait for my brother to come out of surgery ... was dark by the time
that happened - and was only 4:30 pm. Ran out to get the car, was covered with
sleet - some time during the day the temps dropped from 50 to 25. sigh I hate
losing an entire day!

Well, if you don't cook you don't need new appliances but I am sure
this will change back when you get the rest of things under control.
The treadmill sounds terrific - if only I could muster the willpower
to do indoor anything other than COMPUTING.

I was out raking leaves in the rain the other day. It finally has to
be done. About 10 more wheelbarrow trips should do it unless the last
of the pin oaks finish in about another two months - seriously.

We actually had home cooked meals Sunday and Monday ... looks like Tuesday will
bring the same. YEAH!!!!!! And the treadmill is wonderful ... if only I could
get down there. My own doing though right now, just too much to do with the
holidays approaching so quickly. I'll get back to it though, I miss it too much.
