Good morning everyone. I'm starting the thread today as Amberle is away.
I'll start off by wishing everyone luck this week. Hope you can all get in
your exercise and have great losses too.

My results for last week:

I maintained my weight at 176. Now that the holidays are over I'm hoping to
get back OP and stay there. As for exercise, well, if I knew how to ski I
would have done okay, but due to the snowy, cold weather we've had I haven't
been able to meet my weekly goal, but did get in 1 workout :-( Guess one is
better than none!

Thanks for doing that Brenda - we did make it in to Edmonton safely
last night, slept in a little bit this morning. The roads in Winnipeg
were a lot worse than the highways, and we came very close to getting
stuck in the back lane right off!

Since DF doesn't have a scale I won't be able to do my WI for this
week, and next week will have to be one day off as I get home late
Monday night.

I did manage to get in 4 days of exercise this week, not bad but not
the 5 that I'm aiming for.

When we got to DF's place last night it was very interesting. We had
ordered a bed that arrived just before DF left for Winnipeg. He
hadn't put it together yet - he's not exactly a "handy man". I put
the bed together last night, reassembled the futon (that was the bed)
in the livingroom, and did some measurements so that I know how much
room we have for the stuff that we now have to buy tonight. This
computer desk is definitely on it's last legs - it's one of those
cheap $25 student desks that not actually meant for computers, and the
drawer is falling apart and the top is all bowed from the weight of
the monitor. Tonight we get a new computer desk, a new end table for
the livingroom (to hold the fishtank, which is currently damaging
another piece of furniture) and I think some more storage for the
bedroom.

I'm just not a "toss it on the floor and find it later" kind of
person!

The good news is that we're almost at the point where we could
actually have people over to the apartment. Right now there's seating
for more than 2 people, and once things are properly arranged it'll
look pretty good.

Wonder if moving furniture counts for exercise?
