Well done, Carol. Seeing the scale go down is extra nice this time of
year.

Briezee's results:

I'm up .5 this week to 183.5. No inch change.
Exercised 7 times in the past week.

And I chalking both of those up to being on vacation.

Amberle3, it seems that you've missed my THTP for week 3: exercised 5 times.

Good morning everyone. I'm starting the thread today as Amberle is away.
I'll start off by wishing everyone luck this week. Hope you can all get

in
your exercise and have great losses too.

My results for last week:

I maintained my weight at 176. Now that the holidays are over I'm hoping

to
get back OP and stay there. As for exercise, well, if I knew how to ski I
would have done okay, but due to the snowy, cold weather we've had I

haven't
been able to meet my weekly goal, but did get in 1 workout :-( Guess one

is
better than none!

THTP wk 4 is 3 times

I'm back home now trying to catch up on things at home and the office.
Hopefully, I can get back to Curves soon and get back on track with WW.

Thanks Briezee, it was in my spreadsheet but for some reason marked
as already updated on the website. Will take care of that later
today.

RAFL lost 3.4 pounds, now weighing 214 pounds
THTP exercised 3 times last week (already e-mailed this info)

Earned a bravo in class today for talking about how I used to wait
until my next weigh in day to return to program if I had a bad day and
now I start the next day. Next goal--salvage the day.
