It is not like I habitually stray off Program and know there will be a gain...But there will be this week due to WATER retention (drink, folks) Drink that WATER) I can't wait for WATER to start flushing out of my body) |

Gained 1.4 pounds I had 5 days of being on program and 2 days of being mostly not on program. That does not seem to work so well... Mary |
