that. People eat foods. My list of foods showed 2 LBs to be mostly
calorically light, unless you are eating fast food (which is

If you want to do your pure experiment strawman, I believe it's 28g to
the ounce, ~4cal to the protein and carb gram and ~9cal to the fat
gram. ~7cal to the alcohol gram. You do the math. If you can.

Or somewhere around 11.6 calories per gram of gasoline.
Perhaps desirable if you're in a very strenuous job...
