Default Soybites and Sorbital

Has anyone tried soy bites cookies? Not bad now and then but here's my
question:

They say two carbs per cookie and caculate it as follows:

10 carbs -6 sorbital -2 fiber =2carbs.

Should I believe them?

Thanks in advance!

You can read the details on the "net carb" label scam he

My own experience with most food-science "soy" foods is that they taste
so disgusting that I won't eat them no matter what the nutritional
contents.

Cut the "carbs" to respond to my email address.
