Ime, people are able to see themselves eating less per the 2PD Approach
lifelong.

There is nothing simpler than weighing meals that works.

Your judgement.

My observation.

Simplicity is not seen but is experienced.

Your judgement.

People will simply stop weighting. It is still weighting and counting,
although this time just adding, not multiplying...

Mirek

If they choose to stop watching how much they are eating, they will gain
only to lose again when they resume. At some point, they will choose to
just keep watching how much they are eating. Then, the weight loss will
be permanent. Once someone is enlightened to what is the truth, nothing
else will serve as a surrogate.

Posting something to usenet that was not authored by you, without
attributing the source, is plagiarizing. You published it to an electronic
medium without giving credit to the author.

Ok, have it your way even though I altered the entire text.

Oh, see this? "Posting something to usenet that was not authored by you,
without attributing the source, is plagiarizing."

I have seen that very sentence, or close to it, before.

You plagiarized it. Shamey.

If you altered the entire text, every word, then it _was_ authored by you.
What entire text did you alter? Winnie the Pooh? The script for Star Wars?
You post something without giving a source, so it is assumed it was written
by you. Then you say you didn't write it. Then you say you did. Which is
it?
