12 pounds and recommendation
Hey, kids, 12 pounds as of this morning! And this while lying around
recovering from the broken back...I am so proud and just wanted to share with empathetic bipeds! This is cutting down to between 1000 and 1200 cals a day. eating a well-balanced menu and NOT SNACKING! I tried nutrisystem a while back - got bored with it fast, but some of the foods aren't bad and I keep some of them around for days I don't want to cook. I stick with the "italian" stuff they do, which is pretty good. However, if you want the occasional treat of pancakes, their pancake mix is well worth trying! I just ordered about 10 packets of it. I have some multi-grain mix here but it's not as good. The one thing I have retained from their programme is watching the glycemic index on things and have switched to unrefined carbohydrates only and other things that don't convert to sugar fast. |
