I'm just now drinking a glass of milk with some whey protein and some
Walden Farms Calorie-Free Chocolate Syrup mixed in. I'll give this
stuff two thumbs up. It's far better than the low-cal Hershey's syrup
that we've tried -- chocolatey and sweet, but not overly sweet. It's
a bit thicker than Hershey's syrup, and I think would be nice on ice
cream, or on fruit.

It is good on sliced bananas, apples, and with vanilla yogurt.

According to the bottle, 2 tablespoons -- about what I used in my
milk, I'd guess. They're allowed to round down if it's under 5, so
this could perhaps be 4 calories, I guess. At this level, I don't
worry about it. I expect drinking the whole bottle wouldn't be a
great idea, but I'm not tempted :-).

I'll have to order it. I love to dip bananas in chocolate, roll in crushed
nuts and freeze. This really satisfies my sweet tooth when the chocolate
cravings hit.
