Setting Goals

Hey, Micki, I've been meaning to ask you, does Imajica come from the Clive
Barker novel of the same name or is that a consequence? I love the scary stuff and he writes some of the best. Tonia "Imajica Maellevan" wrote in message ... MY GOAL: By June 17, 2004, I'd like to loose 30 lbs. and weigh in at 227. Micki I thought I was setting a short-term goal... I AM setting a new goal too! I looked back at my fitday.com daily and realized I drank hardly NO water all day! I am therefore going to set a goal that I drink 9 glasses of water a day all this week. Micki -- -- Imajica |

Oops, I meant coincidence. I hope that you don't have a consequence from
calling yourself that. My DH was rushing me to get down so we could run some errands. Tonia "That T Woman" wrote in message ... I checked out a hardback copy from the library because I really did think the story as far as I had read was good. I hope to be able to start reading it this week again. (Now just watch, my schedule will really go to hell as far as free time to read!) Tonia |

Setting Goals
Hello Imajica,
You can definitely reach your goal if you apply yourself. I've lost 70 pounds in 4 months and 3 weeks, but that was with changing my eating habits to healthy foods and exercising at least 5 days a week. I've got another 55 pounds to lose to reach my ultimate goal and I hope to do this by June 30th. Good luck on your mission, Paul 300/230/175 @ 71" "Imajica Maellevan" wrote in message ... Dally I'd like to ask, how does being male help? It's not that I disagree, necessarily, but I would like to hear why you think males lose weight more easily. i 223/175/180 male I've never understood the scientific reasons for this, but it certainly is true in general. I've seen it time and time again at slimming groups. janice |
