I'm not certain what they've done to this pasta, but I know that it doesn't
affect my blood glucose the way that regular pasta does. It tastes great, and cooks up very nicely. I am fortunate in that I don't crave pasta like some people do, but it's nice to be able to make an occasional "one pot meal" (kind of like a Hamburger Helper) or macaroni and cheese and use Dreamfields pasta to make it more low carb. I hope the Dreamfields pasta folks get obscenely rich selling their technology to the other pasta companies. DebH "Roger V. LaPlante" wrote in message ... Can Dreamlands pasta be classified as low-carb? I am not familiar with the term 'net digestible carbs'. Thanks Roger |

I did crave pasta pre-LC and was both hopeful and worried when Dreamfields
came out with their products. Hopeful that it would live up to it's claims (which it has) and worried that I'd start to crave pasta again (which I haven't). I can eat the recommended 56g serving a few days a week and feel satisfied for that meal without wanting to gorge myself on the stuff like I used to. on Sun, 29 Aug 2004 18:24:57 GMT, "DebH" wrote: I'm not certain what they've done to this pasta, but I know that it doesn't affect my blood glucose the way that regular pasta does.
