Default Exercise & Food 12/02/05

Today was my annual shopping trip with my mother in law. We have went
Christmas shopping every year for 24 yrs. Shes a great lady and I really
enjoy being with her. She doesnt like driving in bigger towns were the malls
are. So I have always drove her. We got to the Mall at 10 am and ended the
day at Sam's at 6:30 pm. We were exhausted. I always get alot of exercise
when we do this because as we buy things I run them out to the car so she
dont have to carry so much around. The mall was really busy today and I
really had to walk because we had to park at the very back of the lot.
We went to Garfields and had grilled chicken alfredo, with a cranberry and
walnut salad.

Exercise: Lots of walking. Fitday calculated 621 calories for 7 hrs of
leisure walking shopping. When I put this on my pts finder for ww its like 21
pts but that seems really high. I dont usually even count shopping pts. But
for this day it was a little different kind of shopping so I would count some
but not 21.

Food:
Breakfast 1 cup bran, 1 cup OJ, 1/2 cup milk, 1 med banana
Lunch small grilled chicken breast on Alfredo noodles, lettuce salad with
cranberries, and walnuts, 1 med slice of garlic bread
snack 2 no bake cookies
Supper Lean ham sandwich with LF wheat bread, 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Total Calories 1967 or 39 WW pts
26 allowed, some of my activity pts will help with this, plus friday is my
beginnig of the week so I have my flex pts. And I shouldn't need anymore for
the rest of the week.
