Default Sweat preprocessed by kidney?

Hi Folks,

Is water that your body releases via the skin , aka sweat, preprocessed
by the kidney?

If so, then sitting in the sauna and consuming lots of water should rinse
the kidney from ketones (hazardous to kidney).

If not, does the sauna have any benefits or drawbacks to being
in Ketosis given that you drink sufficient water while in there.

Thanks,

J

No, the kidneys empty into the bladder, they remove various chemicals from
the body to keep everything in balance, using water as the vehicle to carry
those items out to excretion. You ought to take a basic course in human
biology, or at least get a book about the subject and read it.
