This doctor needs to be flogged:

milk and the trans fats in many processed foods and margarines, will
contribute to heart disease. Too much protein can lower absorption of
calcium, leading to osteoporosis, and can stress your kidneys."

Oh yeah, and my blood test results also rebut this (inasmuch as HDL and
ratios are indicators of heart disease).
