Initial caveat: you probably need to eat less and move more to lose
weight.

Tight is a mix of yohimbine, caffeine, and green tea extract and will
almost certainly boost metabolism. Many people experience adverse
effects from yohimbine especially, so if you choose to use it, follow
the doseage recommendation on the label and do not take it with any
product containing ephedra. You might also consider taking a
pharmacuetical grade of yohimbine rather than the herbal form.

Repeating the caveat: More important than the supplements you are
taking is your diet. To lose weight, you have to eat fewer calories
than you use throughout the day and no supplement will assist this
more than eating less will.

You might be surprised that many successful dieters found it necessary
to burn 3500+ calories a week through exercise. But it sounds like the
most important side of the equation for you is the diet. You might try
logging your food intake using www.fitday.com for a few weeks.

With 30 pounds to lose, I think it is a little early for you to get
caught up in what supplements to take. Realize that diet and exercise
will be responsible for the majority of your weight loss success and
it takes a good deal of patience and consistency.
