so far I have lost 29 pounds. Not following any particular diet but
just eating a little healthier and watching the junk. Been getting
loads of comments from people that I only see on a weekly / monthly
basis saying that I dropped lots. I notice a small difference
myself...... need belt on my shorts now.

29lbs is great accomplishment
and Eating healthier and watching the junk.. that's good sound advice
for any way of eating.
