Default Explain me the carbs/fiber/effective carbs difference

By the stuff I've read is the effective carbs value (the one that gets
added up to get those 20g max on induction) the only important one.

So for example:

Endive, raw, 100g
3.35 g carbs
3.10 g fiber
1.25 g protein

carbs - fiber = effective carbs = 0,25 g

According to the calculation above I can eat anything up to 8000g of
Endive and I still won't threaten my induction phase?

You are correct. Eat all you want.

Right. Eat as much as you want...in general, however, keep in mind that at
some point (and it may be a lot with Endive -- whatever that is) calories
start to count.
