Too bad the dude lacked the forethought to donate his remains to science, they could have chopped, sliced and minced without any concerns over desecration. Of course, medical schools and mortuary science programs probably aren't equipped to handle 700lb corpses either. In summary: ick. We had a rendering plant at a meat-works I was at a few years ago that could have handled him. We often disposed of 500kg hogs that had died in the pens that way.
