Whey Protein
I have seen a few posts indicating that you can use Whey Protein asa
substitute in receipes. The only thing I can find is Whey protein used to create a shake. Is this the same? |

Whey Protein
The whey protein used for shakes is what I cook with. However, be sure to
check the label to make sure you find one with one or two grams of carbs per serving (a scoop). Some brands have a lot more and are not suitable for low carb diets.
