Ok I may be a newbie at this but did anyone notice that Lean Cuisine is
indicating points on the back of their frozen dinners.

Also for those in Canada I got an email from President's Choice foods
saying that their entire line of Blue Menu foods which can be %50 less
fat or more will hit the shelves in February. They have already started
with a few select products but the whole line will be released next
month.

For example one their Mediteranian chicken breast is 150 Cal + 2.5 GFat
and 0 fiber for 3 points add this to a Stouffers Lean Cuisine at 6 points
and you get quite a good meal for 9 points.

For the PC Blue Menu I've already had Veggy Lasagna, Burger patty for 5
points each and Mediteranian chicken which are all very good, the other
good thing is that most of their foods have no trans fat and if some do
it's very little like 0.3 or something.

Another low fat tip is the Healty Choice pasta sauce, 1 cup = 2 points
add that with 1 cup of pasta for 3 for a total of 5 points you can add a
blue menu burger patty or chicken for a meal of 10 points (8 with the
chicken).

Want a big breakfast, one of my favorites for breakfast is 60grams of
plain Cheereos with one cup of skim milk for 6 points. 60 grams of
cheereos is alot of cheereos.

Today my points are at 27 and my limit is 31 and I'm not even hungry.

My tip is this, the lower the Cal/Fat the bigger the portions.

oh well that my tip for now.

Nic
