My Upper Hips Are Smaller!

Yesterday I was standing with my hands on my hips and realized that they are
NOTICEABLEY smaller/tighter! I just LOVE making discoveries like that! It's not
an area that I usually measure, but I know my hips by feel since my hands are
always on them :-) I had added an extra power band to my Total Body Trainer for
some of my exercises during the last week, and I think one of affected leg sets
has made a difference!
