Default signs of getting smaller

Two more signs of getting smaller this week:

(1) I got a flu shot yesterday. Rolled up my sleeve, and the nurse
frowned, shook her head, and clucked "Skinny arm!" She had to make an
effort to find enough arm to grab to shoot into. That was a first!

(2) I was playing hide-and-seek with my five-year-old niece. I was hiding
on a chair, curled up into a tight ball, with a blanket thrown over me.
(This was a regular dining-room chair, not a big overstuffed chair.) She
walked up to the chair and said "There's a lump under this blanket." Then
she paused, said "But it's not big enough to be a person," and walked on
by.

It's great to get signs like that
and after going from 216 to 110 (? correct) in 2 years... I'd say
you're well deserving of those signs .
I hope that in 2 years I can be posting success in the same way
