Im Honestly too Poor for The Atkins book

I can only afford the food for the diet and that's why I have been
asking questions all of you have already read. That's the reason why
I'm overweight, I buy food that's on sale rather than what I should be
eating. Until now that is, I have widened my budget. (but not enough
for the book)

they have these new things called "libraries" where they'll let you read
books for free.

Get a library card, and check the book out from your local public
library. Doesn't cost a thing!

You say you can't afford the book but you were asking about low carb
chocolate earlier. Chocolate isn't food. It's a treat. If you can afford low
carb chocolate you can afford the paperback book.

Are you going to the library for free computer and internet access?

You should be able to get a cheap paperback at a used book store! You
can always get big bags of frozen chicken breasts on sale, as well as ground
beef. Watch for veggies on sale too --- you can chop them up and freeze them.
Eggs are always cheap. Cook ahead and freeze meals --- planning goes a long
way. Good luck.

You can read everything you need to know online to get started. Most
libraries have the book. Seriously, if you want to do this, do it
right.
