I haven't been able to find any; it's just as well. This way I'm not
tempted to overeat i..

I tried Alton Brown's popcorn recipe, which is basically taking popcorn
kernels and putting them in a paper bag closed with two staples, and then
microwaving until about 5 seconds separate pops. It worked perfectly
fine, and then I added popcorn salt and butter to the popcorn. Way better
than store-bought, partially hydrogenated coated popcorn. The only problem
is that AB's recipe starts with 1/3 cup of kernels. This is a large bowl
of popcorn and way high on the carb content. I don't see why you can't
halve the recipe.

I use 2 tablespoons of popcorn in a small paper lunch bag. It is scalable.
