Food & Exercise -- 7/8/2007 (yesterday)
Yesterday I went for an early run, before it got too hot. In the
evening we went to a backyard potluck party of my wine group -- a planned splurge event :-). Food: * 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed * 10:30 (home): energy breakfast bar * 1:30 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup * 6:00 -- 11:00 (wine group potluck party): ~1 oz. each of 12-15 wines; small amounts of each of the following (and probably more I forgot): veggies w/ dip; bread w/ spinach & broccoli dip; grilled buttered toast things w/ cheese spread; Thai roll-up thing; fruit salad; grilled pork tenderloin; beef brisket; chicken breast baked w/ Swiss cheese & mushrooms; orzo salad; spinach salad; corn on the cob; green beans; blueberry crisp; angle food cake w/ fruit; chocolate biscotti Exercise: * 6:15: 3-mile run Chris 262/130s/130s |
